If you’re considering a beach getaway to the likes of Florida or the Carolinas, Bermuda is a not-too-distant destination that offers a more relaxed pace and a gorgeous collection of pink-sand beaches.
The beaches of this beautiful, Atlantic island are a place that every traveler should visit at least once in their lifetime. Here are four amazing pink sand beaches to visit when you get there.
Horseshoe Bay Beach
If you can only visit one beach in Bermuda, make it Horseshoe Bay.
Located in Southampton parish, this crescent-shaped beach is the most iconic beach in all of Bermuda.
Frequently recognized as one of the world’s best beaches, contrasting hues of blush-pink coral sands and turquoise waters are truly a sight to behold.
Horseshoe Bay is a place where you can easily spend all day relaxing, with rental gear, food, and drinks easily accessible as well as a lifeguard during summer months.
Nearby Port Royal Cove, often referred to as Baby Beach, offers even calmer waters, making it ideal for families.

Jobson’s Cove
Almost entirely surrounded by limestone rock formations, Jobson’s Cove’s shallow, sheltered bay is one of Bermuda’s most beautiful beaches.
A popular wedding and proposal location, Jobson’s Cove is part of South Shore Park, a series of trails running behind the sand dunes in Warwick Parish.
Since there are no facilities on the beach, you’ll have to plan accordingly and pack your own equipment and snacks. For this reason, it’s best to visit this beach for a couple of hours en route to other nearby beaches.
Warwick Long Bay Beach
Bermuda’s longest beach sits adjacent to a large coral reef known for its colorful parrotfish, so it’s an ideal spot to go snorkeling on a calm day.
And because of its size, Warwick might just be #1 on the list of top pink sand beaches in Bermuda. It’s the place to go to avoid the summer crowds.
It’s also the place to go for horseback riding, moonlit walks, and nature walks along the forested trails of South Shore Park.
Since Warwick Bay has very few onsite amenities directly on the beach, it’s a good idea to bring water and snacks when visiting. Near the parking area, there are restrooms, a playground, and concession stands during the warmer months.
Elbow Beach
Though part of the beach is privately owned by the Elbow Beach Bermuda Resort, most of Elbow Beach is public.
Given its proximity to Hamilton, the half-mile beach draws a mix of locals and tourists. Here, you’ll often find kitesurfers coasting over the waves on a windy day.
Concessions and beach rentals are not a problem at this beach due to the hotel’s presence, and be sure to book a table at Mickey’s Beach Bar, the only restaurant in Bermuda located directly on the beach.
