There is a certain joy that comes with ordering a cocktail on vacation. Maybe it’s the sun on your shoulders, the ocean breeze, or the simple fact that time finally feels like it belongs to you. At Royalton CHIC Antigua, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only, that feeling is the inspiration behind a brand-new cocktail program created in partnership with Invivo X, SJP. The wine label, founded by Invivo Wines and Sarah Jessica Parker, brings a touch of fun and sophistication to the island, and the resort has taken that energy and turned it into something completely unique for guests.
Launching on December 1, 2025, at Pescari, the resort’s overwater restaurant, the new collection features six cocktails made with Invivo X, SJP’s award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, which pair beautifully with fresh tropical ingredients. Each cocktail is available only at Royalton CHIC Antigua, giving guests a special reason to visit the resort.

Alejandro Rodriguez del Peon, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Royalton Hotels and Resorts, says the program brings together the resort’s lively social atmosphere, the personality of Sarah Jessica Parker’s wines, and the creativity of the resort’s mixologists. And with Royalton Hotels and Resorts celebrating 15 years in 2025, this cocktail collection feels like a celebratory toast to everything the brand does well.
Among the signature cocktails, “Hello, Summer” is the perfect welcome drink, a refreshing mix of watermelon, lime, vodka and Sauvignon Blanc. “Golden Hour” combines a frozen mango base with grenadine and Blue Curaçao, topped with a pineapple crown for a fruity, colorful finish.
For fans of classics like sangrias and mojitos, “When in Antigua” blends Sauvignon Blanc, brandy and orange juice, giving sangria an island-inspired touch, while “Mint Condition” features fresh mint, white rum and Sauvignon Blanc. Rounding out the drink menu are “Escape from New York,” a citrus-forward drink with elderflower liquor, and “Spritz & Tell,” a light spritz that puts the wine front and center.

The cocktails are offered at Pescari, one of the most memorable dining settings on the island, serving Japanese-inspired dishes such as sushi and seafood teppanyaki. The restaurant is positioned over the water, so guests are surrounded by panoramic views of the ocean.
This new cocktail program fits the overall vibes at Royalton CHIC Antigua, a resort sought after for its stylish, high-energy atmosphere. The “Party Your Way” concept features adults-only programming, including lively pool parties, DJ sets and vibrant entertainment.
In October 2024, the 235-room property debuted 12 new overwater villas, the region’s only all-inclusive overwater bungalows. Each villa features a private infinity plunge pool, direct lagoon access and expansive views of Dickinson Bay. The setting balances luxury with a playful spirit. Guests are free to unwind in their own way, whether that means poolside cocktails, music and dancing at sunset, a relaxing visit to the luxury spa or simply spending the afternoon with their feet in the sand.

Invivo X, SJP has a story that aligns well with that spirit. Since launching in 2019, the label has gained international recognition for its bright, balanced Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. The wine has received multiple 90-plus ratings from Wine Spectator and has appeared several times in the magazine’s Top 100 Wines of the World. Sarah Jessica Parker is hands-on with the winemaking process, helping select the final blends and shaping the brand’s visual identity.
The new cocktail collection is a small reminder that travel is not only about where you go, but how you feel while you’re there. And sometimes, that feeling starts with the perfect drink in hand.
